DELIVERY And RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

Standard

Expected delivery is within 3-5 working days.

Express
Before 12pm for delivery the next working day. (Available on selected products only and subject to availability.)

 

Two Man Delivery 
This service is available on larger or premium priced products. You will be required to get prior authorisation and will be given a date for delivery. Subject to good and safe access, the carrier will place the product into the ground floor room of your choice. This service is available at additional costs

One Man Delivery / One Man Next Day Delivery

Expected delivery is 3 to 5 working days. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm. An Express Next Day Delivery Service may be available on certain products. This is a door to door service.

Next day delivery is available in selected areas only and orders must be placed by 12pm the previous working day.

Pallet Deliveries

These are kerbside only. Expected delivery is 5-7 working days and is made between 7am and 6pm.

 

Ex-Display Product Collections

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, ex-display products must be collected from our Luton Returns Warehouse at LU3 1RJ. Collection is strictly by appointment only. A letter will be e-mailed in advance advising the collection time and date including the collection process & warehouse address. Due to COVID-19 social distance guidelines, we are unable to offer assistance in loading your vehicle.


These are kerbside only. Expected delivery is 5-10 working days and is made between 7am and 6pm

Nominating a delivery address

We recommend using a delivery address like a business address or one where someone will always be available to receive goods during business hours. You can still make alternative arrangements to have your goods left at a location, however, you will need to let us know so we can make a note on the delivery label, and of course, you will need to accept responsibility for any goods that are lost or stolen.
 

What if someone won't be there for delivery

Always opt to have your goods delivered to an address where there is someone available to accept delivery in person. On delivery day, if the driver cannot access your property, you will be left a calling card - redelivery charges may apply, which you will be required to pay to the carrier. 

RETURN AndEXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return an item.

We understand that sometimes what you have ordered just won't work for what you had in mind or maybe it just doesn't fit.

In those circumstances, we accept returns on all unused equipment or accessories, and un-worn apparel, shoes or training gear within 14 days of the date of purchase. You can simply send it back to our warehouse in it's original, unused condition, and we'll provide you with a replacement, store credit or refund.

 

Sending the item back to us*

you must contact us on sales@ragefitness.co.uk to receive an Authorization for you to return the goods , No refund will be accepted without prior approval. After you have organised shipping for the Item to come back to our Warehouse, when we receive the returned Item, we will inspect it.  If the items have been returned in unused, as new condition, with original packing, we will then swap out the item for the alternate size or style, issue you a store credit or refund you the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping or any adjustments.

- Any payment adjustment will need to be paid in full prior to dispatch of the revised order- swapping for a more expensive item, for example.
- Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the Item, less the actual cost of shipping.
- Refunds will be made to your nominated bank account: we do not keep your card information on file.
